I don't even know if I have depression or if it's just lack of social skills in my life. Can I get "diagnosed" (but not really) for Depression anonymous and for free? I don't want a diagnosis to follow me around and affect me if it's not even something that I need to take medication for. I just want to know and just leave it at that. I was told that the only option I have is to go to Canada to get a diagnosed and then come back to the United States and leave all of those medical records in Canada. lol I'm also open to talking to people that have depression to figure out if I have depression or not in DMs. Many people around me think I have it, but it's because they don't consider other answers besides the easiest answer to assume.
