Struggling with Depression and Keeping My Apartment Clean

I haven't posted on here in awhile, been on/off really depressed. Today has been really rough. Due to my recent increase in depression over past couple weeks or so I've really let my apartment go and it's become very cluttered and the dishes piled up in the kitchen. My property manager came in today and said if I don't get it better and have a professional cleaner within 10 days that I'll be gone.

I know it’s not easy but I’m sure you don’t want to lose your apartment. One step, one minute at a time. Legally can they kick you out since it is linked to depression which can be considered a disability.

I’m struggling with chores as well. Today I slept all day and forgot to do any cleaning. But once I remembered I needed to I managed to vacuum my room and after forcing myself to do that I felt better. Sometimes you just have to push through to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
