Dealing with Depression and Breakup While Raising Kids

Im going through very similar! Had a major manic (potentially psychotic? Dunno, I'm new to the diagnosis) episode that ended my marriage and im now picking up the pieces and trying to find stability. It's a struggle big time. I have one kid and I feel so guilty and flat trying to be a present and engaged parent despite being so emotionally up and down

I'm really sorry you're going through something like that it's never easy I can completely relate have three kids as well just don't give up and keep trying to find solutions no matter how hard or how long it takes it's always better to continue striving for a better outcome easier said than done but stay strong
