i have depression and it’s gotten really bad over the summer. i have been trying to work but my depression (and anxiety) make working miserable (im working in retail). i feel like i am not mentally stable or ready to do a fast paced retail job like the one i am currently doing so i was wondering if there were jobs that people with severe depression feel comfortable doing. are there any specific jobs or companies you work for that don’t make you feel 10x worse every day? i don’t know if anyone else feels this way or has trouble with this but if you do pls respond ! thanks !!
