Is Delta 8 Better Than Medical Grade CBD Oil?

does anyone know if delta 8 is better than medical grade cbd oil? ive tried cbd oil before and it helps my gi pain but my mom just told me about delta 8 and i was wondering if that has helped anyone else with chronic pain (or chronic gi pain like me) on here??

Delta 8 is a thc type, it is just an otc legal high. I'd stick with cbd, but that's just my opinion.
