Experiencing Deja Vu and Panic Attacks

GUYS i really need some help… For the past year or so i’ve been randomly getting almost deja vu moments where I’m seeing myself in the same places in my house and going into a state of panic. Instantly my whole body feels weak, i go dizzy, my head feels light, i feel as if I’m going to throw up, my heart rate gets faster and i have to go and lye down. This happens quite regularly and it just feels like deja vu because i feel the same way every time and get deja vu when i stand in the same place again. I probably havent explained it properly but does anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

I would say see neurology to look into physical causes. Is it possible you're having a PTSD/anxiety response that's triggered by areas of your house? Either way, this sounds serious and scary. I hope you're able to follow up with someone soon ❤️

thank you so much for responding💖 it could be, the only thing that makes me think its not is that nothing in my house would trigger me, like its not that I’m triggered by anything it just all of a sudden happens but its always in the same places its so weird xx

Please always see a doctor when you start experiencing things like this, ESPECIALLY if it persists over a long period of time. Sometimes waiting too long can have irreversible consequences, it's better to be safe than sorry

Deja vu is a common sign of seizures. As your doctor about further testing.
