I dont know what or why but as my symptoms get worse ive noticed that i preemptivly address something im worried people will judge me for. an example is I will be talking about a decision ive made like ordering a cheeseburger, and before anyone says anything I would instinctually say something like "and i know their not healthy but fuck off!" and Ive also gotten more abusive in my language in general and i dont kniw why and i dont like it. anyone know what is going on in my noggin?

maybe you’re paranoid that people are thinking bad of you all the time so you have to get a word in before they make opinions based on things you might be insecure about? i don’t know your situation but that’s my best guess

have you ever looked into Tourette’s syndrome ? a person with a vocal tic might make a grunting sound unwillingly. People who have tics cant stop their body from doing these things
