Deep Skin Itches - Normal or a Condition?

I get this with my fibromyalgia as well as my porphyria attacks

I haven't personally got it , but with sock when the top of the hem is to tight and the end of the day I'll take off the sock and itch for a good hour but I've learn not to dig itch because then it just last longer. Or I have a problem with my toes my two small ones at the end ,one of my watches played with them and now one will lay or sit on top of if I wear to tight of shoes , and if the shoes are to tight I can't get them unstuck and it bothers my brain so so bad that I have to take of my shoes to fix it , and if I wear toe socks it helps but if too small or wrong material it'll hurt like cutting into. I feel it sometimes and I’ll just push hard on the area. Often my skin is just dry, but I’m hyper sensitive to lotion so it can be hard to rehydrate.

I get these and was told it’s likely just a nerve misfiring! They can be so itchy that it becomes painful
