Decreased Range of Motion in Right Hand

Right now I'm having a lot of decreased range of motion in my right hand. My left hand is fine right now. Both of my hands are very cold but my right hand almost seems to be locking up in a way. I can still move it with some effort but if I try my hand starts shaking really badly. Also trying to move my fingers makes the rest of my arm hurt, like I'm straining to move something that should be effortless. Should I be concerned? I don't know what to do and I'm worried that I'm just exaggerating.

hi! do you have ehlers danlos syndrome? if so — chronic elbow dislocations can cause similar symptoms. you definitely need to be seen regardless, this lack of motion isn’t good and can be a sign of something wrong with your nerves or muscles. sending love and i hope you figure this out quickly!!!

That definitely does not sound good. I would talk to your doctor. I don’t think you’re exaggerating. You know your body and you know when something isn’t right. That sounds like major circulation problems or nerve damage or possibly even skin/muscle problems?
