New to App and Need Help with Deceased Kidney Function Diagnosis

I'm at stage 3 CKD. My doctors didn't give me much information. Everything that I know, I reached on the internet. I would love to talk to to others.

sadly usually you cannot reverse what damage is already done, maybe by a little bit but not by much. your dr is right though, diet really is most of the treatment when your kidneys are failing. depending on what stage you are you might not need to change anything at all! and i agree about seeking out a dietician to help. feel free to message me, i’ve been through dialysis and transplant!

Depending on what stage you are I would recommend getting a renal dietitian to look at your blood work and guide you on food choices

I have CKD.I only have my right kidney that works.My kidney function numbers are stable.
