Feeling Mentally Drained and Controlled by My Parents

I am mentally drained, my mom wants me to pack, she asked if I had done any and I was like ya sure its doing its self, I'm done with my parents constantly telling me what to do and telling me " we're your guardians we get to make those kinds of dictions for you", what ever happened to freedom of speech and freedom to do what you want/ its you life your choice if you mess up you fix it, to add onto it she wants me to go to my grandparents and they just hurt my mental state even more by telling me "why don't you help around the house", its because I'm mentally drained all the time from people always telling other what I don't do around the house or asking " why don't you help around the house?"
