      @Mahay I have done cortisone in the past and didn't do much good. Them they did the more invasive SI shot but only had 1 and got preggo. Didn't do much either. But hoping 2 get more and try again

      Yes! It also affects my sciatic nerve which it makes it 10x worse.

        @Oouchthathurts is it nerve pain ? The burning feeling I feel in it sometimes ? & ugh I’m sorry . I have that too as well

      For sure! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, so when I have issues with my si joint my muscles try to take over to “protect” me and everything in that area tightens and locks up to where I can barely move at all.

      Yes I previously have. Combination of steroid injection and gabapentin has helped me quite a bit thankfully

      Oh yeah! It took me forever 2 get dressed and out of bed this morning. I get so stiff at my waist and lower back. It's the ONLY thing that hurts on my back. I can rub those bones and have someone push on them and it feels so good. But never goes away.

      Yes it’s horrible I’ve been doing cortisone injections now we are going to humira has anyone done that shot
