Debilitating Menstrual Symptoms: Endometriosis or Mirena Crash?

Always had GI issues during menses, cramping they irregular when I was younger. I did fine on Lo lo estrin FE, but got the IUD because I was prone to forgetting to take my BC, and the hormones were “localized” (🙄). I got the skyla, gained weight, got diagnosed with PMDD, had frequent bacterial vaginosis diagnoses, and got a severe kidney infection that sent me to the ER. While at the ER, a cyst showed up on the CT scan. Another skyla, and a Kyleena later, I started developing debilitating migraines. I got the Kyleena removed after <1 year and have been hormonal birth control free since. It’s been 9 months, and my actual period symptoms have gotten worse. I’ve lost 30 pounds, no more migraines. Worse POTS symptoms during my luteal phase. Low appetite. Anhedonia. Still get debilitating fatigue and my periods are becoming increasingly painful and heavy. I’ve been experiencing sharp back/hip pain, still joints that make it hard to complete daily tasks during my follicular phase. Pain during BM’s and constipation/diarrhea throughout my cycle. Does this sound like endometriosis or just the “mirena crash” + EDS? Could it be endo, EDS and autoimmune?
