I have been having the worst headaches in the back of my head and brain fog where i don’t even feel like life is real. I get dizzy, I’m tired, and depressed. Does anyone have any recommendations?!

        @Jamjam28 i have felt this way and ussally it passes in a day or two i am very sensitive to weather changes but keep an eye on your blood pressure if it goes up and doesn't come down consider seeking medical attention

          @dannuel72 those air pressure shifts make all of my symptoms simultaneously flare lol. Migraines, Head to toe body aches, neuropathy, bloating, brain fog, passing out, the works! I always keep an eye on the forecast to stay prepared. I’ve been thinking about getting one of those storm glass things that predict weather because they can also read atmospheric pressure a couple days in advance🤷‍♀️

      If you’re dissociating then grounding exercises and mindfulness helps. If it’s leaning more towards existential stress then do some soul searching to see what can help motivate you to live with intention even if it feels like life isn’t real. Life is real, life isn’t real, thinking about it might be causing the dissociation—try forgetting the contemplation of “truth” and find your own truth of what creates a meaningful life!

      Sounds like a psoriatic arthritis flare up i would take some ibuprofen for a few days lots of water and see if it passes get some fresh air ass well if that doesnt work valdka helps me lol
