So this may be a trigger for some. I have extremely bad tingling and pain in my arms and hands. To the point i can barely do everyday activities like hold a fork, pick up my phone, cook dinner, etc. Ive been dealing with this for months but lately its gotten so bad i cant even open or close my hands or hold my kids.
