Try taking Ashwaghanda supplements, they help your body manage cortisol better and improve memory, the best part is they are all natural. They come in gummy form too!

I’m a musician and so pay close attention to how sound affects myself and others I like to sleep with a YouTube video of Tibetan singing bowls playing It helps tune your psyche into harmony If it sounds ugly that is because you are dissonant within But listen to it anyway while you sleep even just on a low volume and it will help tune your strings while you sleep

Also walk barefoot in the grass The electric charges from your body need to ground out and connect to the earth Energy from you needs to flow into the earth and from the earth into your body

Breathing exercises. Slow deep breaths in and out (don’t do them fast because that’s how you end up passing out). Breathe in hold it for 3 seconds and then breathe out and repeat

Have you tried practicing mindfulness? There are apps that help like Calm or Headspace. Also, for driving or other difficult activities, try exposure therapy. I struggle with driving too, but I've gotten better.
