Dealing with Work Fatigue

Do any of y'all work full time jobs? If so how do you handle the fatigue? I have gotten used to the pain but most days I am soooo tired at the end of my shift I barely have the energy to drive home.

I’m experiencing something very similar. I’m working full time while trying to get the right diagnosis and meds. Each day I feel more and more exhausted and ill. I don’t really know what options I have because I need the income to pay my bills. But I also really need some rest. It’s so stressful that I’ve started having panic attacks. Has anybody found anything that has worked for them?

I also do the Biote hormone pellets. Gives more energy, helps with menopause symptoms as well.

Oh Lordy, came here today with this exact question. Been working full time at a very physical high stress job. I love the work but I’m getting to a point where I can’t push through. Gonna have a good shower cry and evaluate some ideas/options. Maybe we can come up with some ideas together, keep me posted.

I work as a hygienist, breed cats and I find if I don’t exercise I feel 10 x worse. Walking is my friend and I push through it and feel better

I had to quit work because I was in so much pain and anxious all the time. 😥 I wish I had some advice on how to deal with it but I'm also feeling a bit hopeless with that
