Dealing with Work Anxiety

I have real trouble going into work, you know that feeling of your first day of school? Where your stomach feels like it drops and empty, I constantly feel like this before going into work. And have no idea on how to work on it, any advice?

I felt this way at my last job. It took me about 20 minutes to get to work so I would jam out to my music and sing my heart out. It turns out I actually just hated the job, so I quit. Is this job making you happy? If not, I would say maybe it is time to look for a better fit. If yes, then I would try to find ways to relax before your shift (listen to music, do deep breathing on the way, eat a healthy filling meal, vent to a friend, excercise).

see the job doesn’t make me incredibly happy at all, but it’s difficult because I definitely need the money. I’ll try those ways to relax too thank you!
