When I was going through withdrawals I truly enjoyed taking a cold washcloth around my neck and taking a HOT bath. It avoids anymore vomiting with medication and is really comforting. even turning the lights off is nice. At least when I was going through withdrawals I felt like my head was being electrocuted and the coldness of the cloth seemed to help with that if that’s something you experience. But it’s best to keep yourself busy with finding new ways to relax yourself without using.
