anyone have any ideas how to deal with whiplash without additional meds? having a rough time.

Are you wearing a cervical collar? If not, you might want to consider using one.

the doc said it might get in the way of rapid recovery... might weaken the neck muscles.

Yes, but I don't want to make my son take the hit on his insurance record. I have good insurance myself, it just doesn't cover chiropractor. I am starting to get a bit better now. Just have to lie on my couch all day. Driving me nuts.

I've never had back and forth whiplash. My chiropractor and I feel I may have had side to side whiplash from a car accident. All I did was chiropractic care. Good luck with your pain

my insurance doesn't cover chiropractor. I am stuck with a backlogged physical therapy... may get better before then. I have both back and forth and side to side due to car vs deer. Thank you for your kind words.
