Dealing with Urinary Frequency and Urgency

I have the same thing. I have had frequent and urgent issues since as long as I can remember and so has my mom. I have had a few leaks now since I have gotten older but it was always while I was pulling down my pants in the bathroom at home and probably my fault for not going sooner when I know that I can't go more than an hour or so between. My mom and I both have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and have over stretchy tissues and I have fibromyalgia and have tense muscles all the time. I once had a physical therapist hook up electrode things around my lower abdomen and measured the amount of electricity in my muscles down there. She said that it was ridiculously high and that is why I always feel like I have to pee, basically my body is pushing on my stretchy bladder. Kegals helped a little but I still can't drink water in the car 😂💦
