i took omeprazole for about a month straight and i didn't feel that great anyways. i've tried others but omeprazole worked the best, but even still, ppi's aren't good long-term. been trying to heal naturally with a good high fiber diet and cutting off spicy, greasy, and acidic foods for the most part
