Dealing with UC Flares: Seeking Advice

I have had UC for about 20 years now. in a flare. very frustrated. I also have diverticulosis and IBS. anyone have something that has worked for them?

      @jpouch117 thanks for the info. New to any of this. So far, luckily, only diverticulosis found in last colonoscopy. And for last 4 years, i have had irritable bowel. We'll see in another 2 years the progression.

      I have but my UC is in remission I was told but I do have IBS and diverticulitis. Not diverticulosis. My IBS is always bothersome and my stomach hurts

      I had my colon removed. Now, just poop more. Not easy but better than blood and meds, doctors. Just don't overwipe and get a fissure cut.
