      @Heatherbee I didn't pull any hairs today! I was pulling about 100 a day, had serious bald spots.

      first of all, i LOVE your username. i can totally relate to this, i go through phases where all i do is pull. half of my right eyebrow is like gone and you can clearly see it in pictures :(

      I found a medication that works for me. Mirtazapine, 30 mg. Takes the urge to pull from completely impossible to resist, to manageable with some willpower.
