Dealing with Tremors for a Year - Need Help!

Ive been dealing with tremors for almost a year now and i still have no idea why. It gets worse when im dehydrated, sleepy, or hungry, and the only things that have helped so far are muscle relaxers and mj. I asked my neurologist about it and he said he didn't want to give me more medication so we should just focus on my migraines for now. Its getting to the point where im shaking in my sleep and can't walk at times. Anyone know what it could be?

omg thank you so much!! Have you ever heard of dystonic tremors? Occasionally the tremors are paired with severe muscle spasms and full body jerking movements. I either completely fold or I start trembling so bad my muscles lock up
