I’m going on vacation tomorrow. I should be excited. But i am dreading being away from home. Travel scares me. People scare me. New places scare me. I am very Not Calm right now n i need to chill. It doesn’t help I’ve been manic-leaning lately. Does anyone have tips for calming or helping with overstimulation when traveling by train? I’m at the point right now where I’d rather stay home and do nothing…. But people are counting on me to go…..
