Dealing with a Toxic Narcissistic Mother

How does 1 deal with a toxic narcissistic mother..? My mom always has held everything she has done and does for me currently over my head I am grateful for things she has done but if I don’t accept wht she is done for me or getting me even tho I never asked for any of it she gets so mad.. she also makes me out to be a horrible person if we have different views and like and dislikes… I always have to go with wht she says and agree with her and accept disrespect and ridicule and judgment just cause she has done a lot for me… she believes it means she can treat me how ever she wants just cause she does things on her own whim for me… if I try to stick up for myself she says I’m a disrespectful ungrateful brat…and I don’t have a wait out of it or any family to help cause a lot agree with her… I’m feel so stuck and tired… and always so anxious.. plz help..
