I have so much TMJ pain. I know my doctor says I'm a very rare case having no cushions at all, but surely something can help this pain.

Hi .. I too am currently struggling with an increase in my TMJ symptoms .. I hate them. I'm in so much pain at the moment that my sinus hurt lol are they connected? 🤷‍♀️
