I've been experiencing tachycardia for nearly 2 years now but it has gotten super worrisome for me, the last 2 months my heart rate has hit up to 150 just from standing up, and will stay around 130 at a resting state! my doctors arent taking me seriously because of how young I am (20), but are looking into my heart monitor results. any advice to help? the dizziness and constant fast heart rate is exhausting!
