Dealing with Symptoms at Work: Tips Needed

How bad does your symptoms get?? Have you been placed on medical leave? what are some tips I drive a forklift at work and have been having alot of issues to the point I've been placed on medical leave because safety concerns. I would get a few hours into work and all of a sudden start feeling nauseous followed by throwing, migraine and disoriented. to the point where It's not safe for me to drive and I've had to have the supervisors drive me out. I switched doctors before this diagnosis, she only spends 15 minutes in the room with me so alot of questions go unanswered, so pretty much everything I've learned about this Condition has came from Google. I have started going to the gym a few times a week and altered my diet to a low carb, high protein and fiber diet. I'm not loosing weight but I'm gaining muscle.
