Dealing with Sunlight Sensitivity During Summer

The sun is too bright for me Is there some way I can deal with how bright it is outside now that summers starting again. I didn’t really used to leave my house much during summer so it didn’t affect me nearly enough but now bc of my job and stuff I have to leave a lot. Sunglasses or a hat to block the sunlight don’t work because having something touching my head for a long period of time even if it’s just lightly gives me a headache. My hair doesn’t do anything to block it out because it just moves when I move and I can’t wear a hood since it’s too hot for a jacket. Does anyone have any ideas other than just stay inside?
