How do you all deal with sudden brain fog? I get hit with it at the worst times like when I’m at work or in the middle of a conversation and it’s like trying to find my thoughts in murky water making it difficult to carry on functionally.

Sometimes I find that touching things while I’m talking can help me remember where I’ve left off when brain fog sets in. Then I can either touch it again or look at what I touched and it gets me back on track.

I mostly see if I can sit down when it happens as I find sitting down can help with collecting thoughts. I usually try and backtrack to what I was talking about, start from the beginning if I can and try and get that train of thought going again.
