You can start with CBT just to have any idea on how to work on yourself, and how to manage your feelings

Well my therapist tells me to basically force yourself to talk, but my anxiety makes me not to so my advice to start of if u don't wanna start with CBT is to get yourself in activities maybe

Baby steps! Be okay with just taking baby steps ❤ it's okay to move slow and to have fears, but don't let them rule your life. Pick somewhere to go or something to do. Make a weekly library trip, or volunteer at a soup kitchen. Keep it consistent so it doesn't mess you up, but don't stop doing it. Then, when you're ready, do it a little more often. Take those baby steps to open yourself back up.
