its been over a year since I socialised since I started having panic attacks . does it get easier and how does everyone manage theirs ?

When I first got a job, I began to realize that the people working were just the same as me, some random person, most likely not judging me. Kind of random but was my first thought. The people around you are just like you. Also, when I have panic attacks, I tell myself like a mantra : "it's just a thought, these thoughts have no power" and it usually cuts the panic off really quickly.
Meds to help with anxiety and therapy lessons to talk about your feelings. And also it will get easier you just got to take it day by day.
Medication, Individual Therapy, and Group therapy. The more you socialize, the more you realize a whole lot of people have anxiety and are on meds too or in therapy š¤ā¤ļø

I donāt think I canāt make it being around my family. I donāt think some o f them realize they are very abusive and causing me to not be able to live .
