Dealing with Social Anxiety and Voices in My Head

I'm noticing I'm antisocial because I'm scared the voices will be mean while I'm talking to someone. it's like a catch 22 of sorts because if I'm not social I get lonely and if I am social I can get really nervous or angry for seemingly no reason to the other person. The Seroquel seems to be working to drown them out but I still don't want to be social cause I'm afraid the voices will come back. May God's grace and peace find us all.
