Dealing with the aftermath of sexual assault

I was recently SA'd (sexually assaulted) again a few months back and I still have trouble with dealing with it. I have PTSD attacks and I have mental breakdowns constantly over it because it's so back, I was SA'd back in highschool at 14 (Im 17 now) and this only makes things worse for me. I've talked with therapists about what to do and nothing really seems to really work for me. what doesn't help either is that I am extremely impulsive and at this point I've lost all hope at getting better.

I have PTSD but not from SA. However, EMDR and DBT are really helpful. I also received TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) it works a little slower but it also helped.

I was also SA'd when I was 14, and have bad PTSD, I get terrible flashbacks like it's happening over and over again, I would highly recommend DBT therapy it's the only thing that actually helped alot.

Emdr and neurofeedback are both potentially helpful options
