I've been told several times that it's all just in my head and then months or years down the line they find something (like my joints worsening or blood tests they should have done before) and basically say 'oops' with no sorry

I have a pain management provider who works with my other specialists on managing my pain from several different chronic conditions. I didn’t always have this amount of support, I did have to push for quite some time, but I have the support now.

None of the above. Doctors write my pain off as it either being in my head or that I'm "Too young to be in pain" since im 16, though ive been in pain for years.

the only thing i have for my pain is a high dose of aleve, which barely puts a dent in it. to be fair my drs have tried to give me opioids but it does not work since i have chronic constipation and it made it so much worse. i do have nortriptoline for my gi pain but it also makes my constipation worse so

None of the above. I'm suffering with cfs and strong fibro symptoms but since I'm 17 I'm "too young to be disabled" and am left with nothing as painkillers do nothing. I have to use a walking stick as I just can't cope anymore.
