For under stimulation: I have a couple sensory toys, an infinite cube thing (idk if that's the name), a tiny stress ball that has groves, rock with a nice texture, a specific playlist I made, some of crazy aarons putty, ect. In public if I feel I can't bring these things I'll typically have something small I can hold & rub if I need to, just fiddling with something like that helps me. For over stimulation: I have these earbuds that block certain frequencies, they're small, not super noticeable and great for me in public (I can look for the name of the brand they're on Amazon if you'd like). I use just normal ear buds, the ones intended for blocking things out not music, a lot at home, haven't bought a sound blocking headset yet. I try to make sure none of my clothing is too tight, that everything I can do to make myself comfortable, I do. If I have to be in public I try and plan ahead & not care too much about how others perceive me. hope this helped in some way :>
