      Go to the chemist for ALGESAL it even says for sciatica life saver .

      I buy westlab Epsom salts it’s says 3-4 handfuls but I use a bag once a night.

      I wanted to know the same answer, being a person on the go constantly and this sciatica pain has been to affect my right leg movement. Any suggestions along with the tens unit.

          @Blessed12 I'm willing to try anything at this point the injection don't work and now that it's getting cold it's got worse

      Have you tried a tens unit? I can get relief at times with it better than meds.
