Dealing with Scars from a Skin Condition

I’ve had this condition for a while now and it has sorta make me lose confidence. I have it in one of the worst places possible: my armpits. There’s so many cute shirts I wanna wear over the summer but I’m afraid because when I’m my arm goes up or is exposed, people would see my scars from past flair ups.

It's all over the back of my legs, I can't even wear shorts 😥 I hate it so much, I can't believe someone else has this, I didn't even know until like 3 years ago when I finally figured out what it was. I feel like an absolute freak. My ex boyfriend asked me if it was aids 😥
