So I'm still healing from my past relationship, but I realized something. I have mommy issues (we have a good relationship now, but I still have trauma from her), and when I got broken up with, it triggered all those attachment and abandonment issues. I think that's why it hurt so much. not only he stopped loving me and he was my whole world, but also I was left by someone I love so much once again. I didn't realize how much of an impact my past trauma has had on me, especially in relationships.
