Dealing with Recurring Abdominal Discomfort: Seeking Advice

Every two days I seem to get upper right lower right sometimes lower left abdominal discomfort. Sometimes come with groin and back ache. My bowl movements are normal. Fit test normal blood tests normal ultrasound normal. I take peppermint and sometimes paracetamol. The pressure from gas sometimes makes me want to urinate or leak. Would it be worth getting further tests as its interfering with day to day life. Would it be worth getting a capsule endoscopy to double check. I'm told it could be a food but I don't think it is as it's always the day after a bowl movement when I don't go.

So I also get pain in some of these areas, I believe its your movements making there way around the bends. I tend to get them when I'm a little constipated, I take something to prevent bile acid diarrhoea and if I don't have enough water it leaves me constipated. It might be worth it if it will help put your mind at ease. Are you uk based?
