Dealing with Rectocele Symptoms: Tips and Advice

Was recently diagnosed with rectocele my symptoms are constipation really bad everytime I eat my stomach bloats out and I look like I'm pregnant have Alot of gas and unable to get bowels to move and when they do it makes me hurt bad and they are not emptying out all the way is this because I have rectocele? and if so what are some tips on how to fix it I hate feeling this way but I also have GERD could it be symptoms from that also?

I use glycerol suppositories yo empty bowel it works my worse symptom is bloating my tummy is huge and I also have hernias in tummy aswell

I think they are connected gerd and rectocele I go from constipated to loose and can also have light coloured bowel movements had my GB removed in 2020 had problems ever since

Before surgery I had rectocele and rectal prolapse (it was falling out into the vaginal canal AND out the anus) and I would have to manually go in to help empty. An event that took 7 hours straight. I know the struggle. Also have seen people use a pelvic wand to help if going in with fingers feels gross. (Even with gloves it was unpleasant)

I believe I read that putting your finger in your vagina can help push your rectum back up enough to empty properly. I hope you have found some relief though!!
