Dealing with Prolonged Periods Due to PCOS: Need Advice

So I have had my period for 2 months. I went to 3 doctors and they all said it’s normal and due to stress. (Sounds contradictory). I have a dx of pcos. So like do I need to do anything? Or just wait? Anyone who has had this, what do you do to like take care of yourself and the symptoms like cramps, exhaustion, etc?

I have yet to be diagnosed osed with anything but I've had my period for about 5 weeks now. Along with waves of horrible pain. Some days I can bear it and other days I'm in bed all day.

An update: I started taking Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol Powder daily at night and it stopped my period after 4 months

that's great!! I have been taking some chinese supplements and not sure if that helped stop my long period but my period finally stopped after one heavy bleeding week. After period some people make the red jujube date tea with hard boiled eggs. You can look up the recipe online.

Me too! My period has lasted almost 2 months and hasn't stopped. My gynecologist said it's likely due to pcos and suggested birth control pills but I don't like hormone pills. I'm just seeing eastern doctors and taking herbal medication. It's exhausting, try to rest more

thank you for validating me ❤️ it’s been so tiring. I hope it works. I just want the bleeding to stop.
