How do you cope with prolonged bleeding?

It is definitely a struggle invisible to the rest of the world, but ever so visible to you. I’ve been alternately heavily bleeding/spotting since Jan 13 (four days after my dad went into the hospital for two months following complications of a stroke) So, it has been a very stressful season in my life for sure which I feel like lead me to where I am. But honestly the best way I cope is trying to “show up” for my body. Meaning just focusing on putting the best things possible for me in it. Low inflammatory foods, low to no sugar and no artificial sweeteners. I also try to take my dog on a walk at least 3-4 times per week for 30-45 minutes. Walking outside in the fresh air alleviates my stress big time and I kind of consider it my anti-depressant. I am working with a dr who wants me to get blood work done to test my thyroid, testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, and a few other things. I’m really just taking it one day at a time right now.
