Dealing with POTS Symptoms and Migraines

Doing things that aggravate my POTS symptoms (i.e. standing, walking on an incline, living my life, etc.) often results in me getting migraines. I can’t take something like Excedrin because the caffeine in them makes everything worse. What do you guys do to help avoid migraines or treat them once they crop up?

I take a supplement given by my doctor called MigreLief. I take 2 at night but you can take them in the morning. There's also a second one of MigreLief which is MigteLief Now and I take it when I do have one. For adults it's 3-4 with food and two hours if it doesn't help take two more or one depending on how much pain the headache is causing and it disappears within 4 hours.
