Hi! I got diagnosed with covid about a week and a half ago & tested negative this weekend but I am still experiencing really bad fatigue and chest pain. From your experience how long did those symptoms last for you & how did you get through it? I am really struggling with the exhaustion, I get tired so easily & it’s really effecting my day-to-day life so if anyone has any tips I’d appreciate it 💕

I've had COVID 4 times. And the fatigue stuck around for a while... Months. And I still have problems with fatigue till this day. Lots of vitamin D , short naps when needed, eat greens ! Vitamin C as well ! Light exercise.

Based on the experiences shared, the duration of symptoms like fatigue and chest pain after recovering from Covid varies greatly among individuals. Some people have reported experiencing these symptoms for weeks or even months after testing negative, a condition often referred to as 'long Covid'. To cope with these symptoms, some individuals recommend regular light exercise such as walking. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
