Does anyone else get awful pain the day after doing something active? I went to a protest + march yesterday. I thought i’d be able to walk for about an hour but I was wrong. I woke up today and had the worst pain in my hips. My shoulder are also hurting really bad (I was holding a sign). I guess i’m more complaining than asking a question, but does this happen to you guys too? How can I still do the things I want to without waking up the next day in pain?

Based on the provided context, several individuals have reported experiencing pain after physical activity. One person mentioned having extreme hip pain after going for a run, while another experienced shoulder joint pain after working out at the gym. Another individual reported muscle cramps and pain when doing anything more strenuous than walking around their house. Some people suggested listening to your body, seeking answers, and remembering that it hasn't always been this way and won't always remain. However, no specific advice was given on how to continue activities without experiencing pain the next day.
