Dealing with Plantar Fasciitis and Flat Feet as a Chef
Hello I am new to this. Basically I am a chef and after 4 hours my feet really hurt to the point I feel like a crippled man. I have a condition called plantar fasciitis. And also I have flat feet with no arches I can be in so much pain sometimes. Does anyone else have the same problem

Yeah I got the same thing, you can go to the foot doctor and get some insoles made for your feet, you can get semi customized ones that aren't $500 ones
