I went to the beach 🌊 yesterday which was lovely but somehow I managed to get plantar fasciitis🦶🏼(pain on the bottom of your foot around the heel and arch caused by straining the part of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes). I don’t know how I managed it just from walking but don’t know if fibromyalgia can make it more susceptible to happening. 🤷🏻♀️ I ordered myself a walking stick for endometriosis and fibro pains, I’m going on holiday ✈️🌴 in a week so I hope my foot is better by then. Anyone know if I can take a walking stick on the plane and if I need proof of disability? Thanks in advance ☺️💕

Some suggestions for dealing with plantar fasciitis include physical therapy stretches, rolling a tennis ball under your feet, icing, and using arch support inserts. Wearing supportive shoes like Asics can also help. For taking a walking stick on a plane, it's best to check with the airline regarding their specific policies and requirements for proof of disability.
